A meeting of the Sustainable Transport and Utilities Committee was held on Tuesday 13 July 2004 at 9.30am

Present:

Councillor Denis O’Rourke (Chairman),
Councillors Helen Broughton,  Sally Buck,  Barry Corbett,  Carole Evans,  Ingrid Stonhill,  Chrissie Williams and Ron Wright.

Apologies: Apologies for absence were received and accepted from the Mayor and Councillors Graham Condon and Megan Evans and for lateness from Councillor Helen Broughton.
Councillor Helen Broughton arrived at 9.36am and temporarily retired from 10.05am to 10.25am and retired at 11.20am was absent for clauses 2-4, 9, 13 and part of clause 1.
